RSVSR Avian Alarm Tips to Crush It Fast

If you've spent any time with the Riven Tides update, you've probably realised the Avian Alarm project isn't one of those lazy turn-in jobs. It actually pushes you around the map, which is a nice change of pace. Stage 1 is simple enough, though. Head to the Seabed in the north-west, find that huge stranded buoy, and place the trap when the prompt appears. That's it. No need to extract, which honestly takes a lot of pressure off. If you're already planning a few loot runs for ARC Raiders Coins, this opening step fits in nicely because you can get it done fast and move on without risking a full backpack.

The middle stages slow things down

After that, the project starts asking for items that don't always show up when you want them. Ship models like Twilight Compass and Velocity can eat up a bunch of runs if your luck's bad. The easiest way to stay sane is to split your looting by area instead of wandering. Commercial buildings are worth checking for canisters, while the greener parts of the map are better for moss. It sounds obvious, but loads of players still waste time searching the wrong places. Comet Igniters are another little pain. If you hesitate, they blow themselves up and take the drop with them. So don't dance around them. See one, commit, finish it quickly.

Why Stage 4 trips people up

This is usually where progress stalls. Water filters seem weirdly hard to find until you stop treating every building the same. Industrial zones are where you want to be, full stop. Search metal crates, storage racks, utility shelves, all that dull-looking machinery clutter. Residential spots won't do much for you here. You'll also need a regulator from a Vaporizer, and that fight can get rough if you're solo and under-geared. Still, it's worth doing. The extra loot can be solid, and the Riven Tides Hotel Keycard is one of those drops that makes the whole run feel less painful. If you've got a squad, this is the point where bringing them actually matters.

The real grind starts at Stage 5

Roots are annoying, mostly because they're easy to miss. They tend to blend into the overgrown parts of the map, especially near the base of bigger trees. Slow down a bit when you hit wooded areas and actually look. The much bigger problem, though, is the Leviathan's Crown ship model. Since it's legendary, you can't force it. You just keep running routes and hope it finally appears. Then there's the Arc Turbine for compressors. At least the recent audio changes help. You can often hear that low mechanical hum before it gets on top of you, which gives you a second to set up instead of being caught flat-footed. Ticks are less of a headache now too, so side fights aren't quite as messy as they used to be.

How to keep the project from dragging

The best way to handle Avian Alarm is not to treat it like one giant session. Break it up. Do a few value runs where your only goal is ship models and materials, then switch to targeted hunts for machine parts when you're in the mood for fights. If you're also clearing other objectives like Line in the Sand, there's a good chance you can overlap routes and save yourself some time. That helps a lot, because this project can absolutely wear you down if you force it. Stick with the industrial crates, keep your ears open for Turbines, and chip away at it bit by bit. By the time you're close to the end, rewards like the Bird House backpack feel earned, and if you're checking the market for ARC Raiders Coins for sale, it's easy to see why players want every little edge they can get while working through this one.
