Mazi Nnamdi Kanu filed a motion that the presiding judge reluctantly accepted.
He requested the court to clearly state the law under which he is being tried.
However, the court declined to do so.
After Kanu’s persistent insistence, the judge instructed him to read the charges aloud.
Upon doing so, it became apparent that he was being tried under a non-existent law.
Frvstrated, the judge abruptly adjourned the case and scheduled judgment for November 20th.
