A Nigerian lady has accused a reputable hospital of wrongly diagnosing her with stage 3 cancer and subjecting her to unnecessary chemotherapy. She claimed the hospital used students for treatment and that she almost died before returning to Lagos, which she said saved her life. The ordeal left her with a burnt scalp and emotional trauma. She has since filed a lawsuit against the hospital, rejecting their plea for an out-of-court settlement, and vows to expose them publicly as she seeks justice.She claimed that the hospital was using students to handle patients, and that she was given chemotherapy despite not actually having cancer. She recounted how she almost lost her life during the treatment, saying what saved her was returning to Lagos for further medical checks. “They’re killing people there!” she exclaimed in frustration.
In her words, she said, “It’s crazy that a doctor would do this to me. They damaged me… they finished me.”
Pointing to her shaved head, she added, “Look at my scalp; it’s even burnt already. So this is what a Nigerian hospital can do to you.”
She further explained that although the hospital has been pleading for an out-of-court settlement, she has refused, insisting that she will wait for the court hearing. She also called on her followers to help her tag VDM, saying she will soon call out the hospital by name and expose everything publicly.
